Follow the instructions provided by the InvestorDelivery Web site.
By enrolling, you agree to receive announcements by e-mail about stockholder communications materials. Quarterly reports, annual reports, and proxy statements are examples of stockholder communications that may be made available electronically. The announcements will include the Internet address (URL) where the materials can be found.
You will NOT receive a paper copy of the material. Instead, you will receive an e-mail that will notify you that this material is available on the Internet and provide e-mail links to the material. If the materials are not made available electronically, you will receive the standard printed materials and no announcement will be made by e-mail.
If the document to be distributed relates to a manner on which you can vote as a stockholder (for example, in connection with our Annual meeting of Stockholders), you will also receive a unique Control Number to execute your vote on a designated Web site.
Please visit the InvestorDelivery Web site for a complete description of all services.
Proceed to the instructions when you first enter the InvestorDelivery site. To create a new enrollment, you will need to enter a valid e-mail address and a four-digit numeric personal identification number (PIN).
To activate your InvestorDelivery enrollment, you will be asked to enter the enrollment number that you received from your financial institution. This enrollment number is a 13-character number (one letter followed by 12 numbers); you can find that enrollment number on any recent printed correspondence. If you hold Cirrus Logic stock in more than one bank or brokerage account, you will need to provide a separate enrollment number for each account.
If, during a distribution, your e-mail address proves to be invalid, your enrollment in the electronic delivery service will be cancelled, and you will receive a hard-copy notification of the announcement. You will need to re-enroll at the InvestorDelivery Web site.
By visiting the InvestorDelivery Web site and entering your unique enrollment number, you may update your contact information, such as e-mail address or PIN, or you may cancel your participation in electronic delivery.
Enrollment for the InvestorDelivery service requires that you have a personal computer with browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Netscape Communicator®, or the equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet.
THERE MAY BE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ELECTRONIC ACCESS, SUCH AS USAGE CHARGES FROM INTERNET ACCESS PROVIDERS AND TELEPHONE COMPANIES, THAT MUST BE BORNE BY THE SHAREHOLDER.
